Saturday Learning Sessions
In-home learning, Saturdays 9 a.m.–3 p.m., by appointment. Share your program interest, town, and preferred times so we can check availability and travel.

Getting started is simple: Request an introductory call, paid consultation, or Saturday session and share your availability. We check scheduling and travel, then confirm meeting details with you. Together, we discuss your child’s strengths and goals and agree on next steps. A parent or guardian participates in the paid consultation; child participation is arranged when appropriate. There is no obligation to book ongoing services.

The paid consultation includes 45–60 minutes for a guided, playful learning activity and a dedicated family conversation, followed by a personalized written learning plan with recommended activities and next steps. Consultations are available Monday–Friday by appointment; times are arranged individually. Saturday learning sessions run 9 a.m.–3 p.m., by appointment. Planning Your Saturday Learning Sessions

When are learning sessions available?
In-home learning sessions take place Saturdays, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., by appointment. Monday–Friday is reserved for consultations, scheduling, preparation, and family updates. Sundays are closed.
How much do sessions and packages cost?
A single Saturday session is $75. Three sessions cost $210 and five sessions cost $350 ($70 per session). The personalized 30-minute family consultation is a separate $100 service. A 15-minute introductory call is free. Previously purchased packages retain their agreed pricing.
Do packages have to be used within one month?
Packages cover a set number of Saturday sessions, not a calendar month. Dates are arranged with each family, subject to availability and travel distance.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve an appointment?
No. Share your program interest, town or neighborhood, and preferred times in the form above. We respond within one business day, Monday–Friday, and confirm availability and next steps personally. If your preferred Saturday time is unavailable, tell us whether you would like to be contacted about a future opening.
What if we need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. Makeup sessions are arranged for an available Saturday by mutual agreement. The same time or an immediate replacement cannot be guaranteed.
How long are sessions?
Saturday learning sessions typically last 30–45 minutes. We confirm the session length that fits your child’s needs before booking.
Does Acadence provide therapy or clinical services?
Acadence Education offers personalized educational support in early learning, school readiness, and foundational academic skills. Our services are educational; we do not provide therapy, diagnostic assessments, or clinical treatment.
We welcome conversations about your child’s strengths, learning needs, and what helps them feel comfortable, supported, and ready to learn.
What happens after the consultation?
Following the consultation, families will receive recommendations and a suggested learning plan outlining potential areas of focus and next steps for supporting their child’s development.
