Early Foundations
Two and Three Years Old
Early learning skills are the building blocks for future academic success. Acadence Education provides support in literacy, numeracy, attention, and executive functioning to strengthen these essential skills.

Four to Five Years Old
This service supports preschool-aged children as they prepare for the transition into kindergarten. Sessions focus on developing early academic, social, and learning skills that help children enter the classroom with confidence.

Homework Support
K-3rd Grade
For early elementary students, guided homework support reinforces classroom learning while helping children develop independent study habits.

Personalized Family Consultation

Includes child observation and a dedicated family meeting to discuss your child’s strengths and learning goals. A personalized written learning plan with recommended activities and next steps is prepared afterward.
This is an educational consultation, not a diagnostic assessment. There is no obligation to book ongoing services.
Saturday Learning Session

Per Session
One personalized, in-home Saturday session, typically 30–45 minutes. Focus areas include early literacy, math, attention, and learning strategies. Session length is confirmed before booking.
3 Saturday Sessions
$210
Per Package
Three personalized Saturday sessions at $70 per session ($210 total). Each session typically lasts 30–45 minutes, with the length confirmed before booking. A focused option for building foundational skills and learning routines.
5 Saturday Sessions
$350
Per Package
Five personalized Saturday sessions at $70 per session ($350 total). Each session typically lasts 30–45 minutes, with the length confirmed before booking. Continued support helps reinforce skills, consistency, and confidence.
Saturday learning sessions: In-home appointments are available Saturdays, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Recurring weekly times are arranged with each family, subject to availability and travel distance. We allow time between visits for travel, preparation, and family updates.
Weekday family support: Monday–Friday is reserved for consultations by appointment, scheduling, progress updates, and personalized lesson planning. We respond within one business day. Sundays are closed.
Confirmations and preparation: We confirm Saturday appointments and locations by Thursday. Fridays are reserved for final preparation; last-minute requests depend on available capacity and are not guaranteed.
Changes and makeups: Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Makeup sessions are arranged for an available Saturday by mutual agreement; the same time or an immediate replacement cannot be guaranteed.
Package terms: Packages cover a set number of Saturday sessions, not a calendar month. Dates are agreed with each family, subject to availability. Previously purchased packages retain their agreed pricing. The personalized family consultation (45–60 minutes for child observation and a family meeting, with a written learning plan prepared afterward) is a separate $100 service. A 15-minute introductory call is free.
